I bake from-scratch apple pies. They can have custom carvings on the top. I hand-peel the apples and make the crust from scratch. In addition to 9" and 6" pies, I bake cookies and of course cakes.
My favorite cake to make from scratch and to eat is my dark chocolate cayenne coffee cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. It's probably too extra for many people, but I'm going to try to sell you on it. I can add bonbons, sugar sculptures and all manner of basic or crazy ornamentation.
My favorite holiday season offering is homemade eggnog. It does NOT feature homemade, or any other -made, liquor. Add this yourself - I'd say scotch.
I sell eggnog in 16oz glass gift bottles which have metal clasped stopper lids. If I'm feeling super festive I put a few decorations on the bottle, but if it's a busy day you're probably getting a candy cane or unsweetened gingerbread man.
At your request I can add a chalkboard sticker on the bottle.
Year-round I like to offer scratch-made chimichurri. I love cilantro but I stick with the old standby, parsley (it's actually good for you!). Please consult Google if you're unsure what chimichurri is.
